We advised the Board of Frederic Robinson Limited on its acquisition of Individual Inns Group, a portfolio of 6 managed pubs across Cumbria and Yorkshire.

Robinsons, a 6th generation family business, operate over 260 tenanted and managed pubs in the north of England and Wales with annual revenue in excess of £70m. The acquisition of the award winning Individual Inns Group strengthens their existing managed pub estate as part of a strategy to grow the managed retail part of its business.

Smith & Williamson were the exclusive corporate finance advisers to the Board of Frederic Robinson Limited.
