Gavin White

Gavin has extensive experience from large, complex firms across a diverse range of sectors including banking, insurance, asset and wealth management, oil & gas, energy and professional services.

Gavin was appointed Group Company Secretary in August 2021 having previously held the role of deputy at Centrica plc and Santander UK plc, as well as head of governance at HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group. Gavin is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and is an active contributor to best practice in financial services and wider corporate governance developments.
