Individually, Dave focuses on assisting foreign based businesses expanding into the United States, providing business strategy, consulting, and compliance assistance to start-up through publicly traded companies.

Aurelien Mottier is the Co-Founder and CEO of Operatix, a global cutting-edge B2B tech sales development company that was established in 2012. Aurelien's leadership has propelled Operatix to the forefront of the industry, debuting on the FT1000 and Inc. 5000 lists in 2023 as well as winning expansions into America and Singapore.
Michael Labriola
Michael Labriola is a partner based in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's London office, where he counsels public and private technology, life sciences, and emerging growth companies through all stages of their growth. Michael has a particular focus on supporting companies that undertake transformative events, such as growth financings, IPOs, acquisitions, and exit sales. He counsels clients in matters ranging from formation and early-stage venture financing to listings of publicly traded securities on U.S. and foreign exchanges to seasoned public offerings and private and public company acquisitions. He also has considerable experience in counseling publicly held companies on disclosure matters, SEC compliance, NASDAQ and NYSE listing matters, and other securities laws issues.
