Unlocking peak performance through your employees’ financial wellbeing
A research survey we commissioned in May 2023 of more than 500 business owners revealed that nearly a third (30%) see financial wellbeing, amid the cost-of-living-crisis, as the biggest worry for their employees.
Join fellow people and benefits leaders at a special face-to-face event, with a panel of experts to explore the impact of poor financial wellbeing on your workforce and the actions organisations are taking to improve their key business metrics.
Who will you hear from
The event includes a keynote speech from Dr Amanda Henwood, a behavioural psychologist with a PhD in wellbeing, from leading behavioural science consultancy Influence at Work.
Dr Henwood will explore the post covid and cost of living implications creating inequity in the workplace today, and the benefits of fostering an environment to thrive at a time when expectations of employers are higher than even before.
This will be followed by a panel discussion, giving you the opportunity to hear from a fantastic line up of people experts providing top tips and solutions to support your people strategy. The panel includes:
- Benne Peto, Chief People Officer, Evelyn Partners
