Her particular areas of expertise include managing the corporation tax compliance services for large groups, research and development (R&D), patent box, advising on corporate reorganisations and acquisitions, shareholder exit planning strategies and international tax planning.

- Responsible for advising a large international group in the UK on corporation tax, senior accounting officer compliance, R&D, patent box and transfer pricing.
- Facilitating successful SME and R&D expenditure credit claims for companies in the aerospace and defence sector.
- Working with the ultimate shareholders of a well-known manufacturing company to ensure the phased disposal of its investment qualified for the substantial shareholding exemption.
