Laura is a French qualified lawyer and a UK solicitor, who advises on a broad range of corporation tax matters and on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax. Laura has over 8 years of experience of advising on transactions for private equity houses and corporates.

Experience

Before joining Evelyn Partners, Laura has assisted leading the M&A tax side of corporate and mid-market private equity transactions mainly by advising on tax structuring and tax due diligence, in the Big four. She also led on advising M&A insurance groups on tax aspects of UK and French law transactions in a law firm.
