Matt heads up the Courtwork client services team which specifically deals with the firms bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation appointments. The majority of his time is spent assisting clients with the recovery of debts from both individuals and companies. He deals with a wide variety of clients, and often advises local authorities on their insolvency matters.
He has worked in insolvency since 2002 and has held a wide variety of roles. When he started in corporate insolvency, he dealt mostly with company voluntary liquidations and company voluntary arrangement appointments. He then moved on to investigatory insolvency work. For the majority of his time in insolvency Matt has worked in Client services.
