Experience
Vijay is a chartered accountant with over 18 years' experience in audit and advisory. He has a strong experience in financial services and in particular working with Insurance companies from both financial as well as regulatory reporting perspective. He has been in the forefront of change in the Insurance industry for the past over 10 years where he has been instrumental in the implementation of Solvency II and IFRS 17 implementation for FTSE 100 insurance companies in the UK and in the Middle East.
Vijay has strong experience in designing and leading improvements in the operational and financial reporting processes along with a track-record of driving efficiencies by exploring the advantages offered by technology. He has a broad range of experience in financial and commercial matters with significant business impact.
