Andrew Baddeley

Joining S&W as Chief Finance Officer. Previously the Chief Financial Officer of Evelyn Partners, with responsibility for the Group’s Merger & Acquisition activities, along with other Central Functions. He joined Tilney in 2018 from TP ICAP plc, an inter-dealer broker listed on the London Stock Exchange, where he was Group Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to this he spent 18 years in the insurance industry, with positions including Group Chief Financial Officer of Brit Insurance. He also spent 10 years with leading firms PwC and Ernst & Young. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a Chartered Tax Adviser.
