Professional Biography

My goal is to give clients genuine confidence about their future by making pensions clear, accessible and actionable - so every decision feels informed and empowering.

How do you describe what you do?

I provide expert retirement and pension planning advice, model cashflows, optimise tax outcomes, and guide clients through complex pension decisions while driving business development and mentoring my team.

What's next for you professionally?

I aim to deepen my leadership in retirement and pension planning, grow the department’s proposition, and take on broader strategic responsibility - continuously improving client outcomes and developing my team.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

Listen first. Most problems become clearer and easier to solve when you truly hear others.

What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?

A client thanked me not for the plan, but for explaining things in a way they finally understood. It reminded me that clarity is sometimes the most valuable part of advice.

How did you start off in your career?

My career began in pension advice, where the mix of regulation, tax and long‑term planning grabbed me early. What kept me in the field was seeing how it genuinely reassures clients.

What's your area of expertise?

I specialise in pension and retirement planning, bringing technical expertise, clear communication and structured planning to help clients make informed, confident decisions.

Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?

My inspiration comes from clients themselves. Each story and each decision reminds me why clear, thoughtful planning matters and pushes me to embrace what’s next.

What's your favourite thing about your role?

I love turning complex pension challenges into simple, actionable plans. Helping clients understand their options is the most rewarding part of my job.

When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?

I enjoy simple things outside of work - time with family, fresh air, and activities that help me reset and keep perspective.

Why does my role as a wealth manager matter?

My role matters because good wealth management gives people clarity and confidence about their future. It turns complex decisions into a plan they can trust.
