Charities

The first part of this webinar will look at what diversity and inclusion means, what to do and why it is good for business. You’ll receive a blueprint on how to embed and harness diverse and inclusive cultures for measurable competitive advantage going forward.

Over the past few years there have been significant changes in what constitutes a diverse and inclusive culture and while this in turn makes for better business outcomes it is not without its challenges. Evelyn Partners’ own process is constantly evolving as is how we help our charity clients to invest in line with their efforts to do so. This presentation will look at how Evelyn Partners has embraced these changes as a company and additionally, how we have evolved our investment screening process to seek similar characteristics in companies in which we invest for our clients.
