Experience
Tessa has over 15 years’ experience of advising clients from large UK or US headquartered groups, through to owner managed businesses and private equity firms. She advises on all aspects of corporate tax with a specific focus on reorganisations, transactions and international structuring. In the transaction space, her experience covers corporates’ divestment and investment, owners’ preparation for an exit, plus private equity acquisitions and portfolio management.
Tessa joined Smith & Williamson in 2018 having worked at Deloitte for 13 years in the Corporate International and Transaction Tax teams.
