Victoria helps business owners, entrepreneurs and other high net worth individuals in all aspects of their personal tax affairs. She specialises in Inheritance Tax and Trusts and providing capital tax and succession planning advice to high net worth individuals and their families. This includes acting as trusted adviser for over 20 years to clients, advising their UK and offshore trustees, structuring their lifestyle assets and advising on their philanthropic wishes.

Victoria is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has a Law Degree from Cardiff University and the diploma in Legal Practice.
Notable client work/achievements
- De-risking personal financing exposure through the creation of a property investment SLP and finance company structure (this helps husband and wife owners through the de-merger of investment interests from trading interests).
- Passing future wealth onto the next generation by advising on the creation of family investment companies whilst segregating control.
