Empower Padel was founded by Pep Stonor to become the leading global community for women’s padel. They provide a supportive community, resources, education, and opportunities to women who want to start, return to or stay in sport through padel.
Empower Padel arranges and manages over 50 padel events a year in the UK and overseas including tournaments, training clinics, charity fundraisers and panel discussions. They work with a number of padel partners to accelerate awareness and are supported by a network of professional padel players, coaches, celebrities, and influencers and have a database of 2,500 female padel players and over 20,000 Instagram followers.

Empower Padel is a global hub dedicated to supporting female padel players. Their mission is to build a vibrant community where women can learn, play, and thrive through the power of team sport. This partnership is a natural extension of our broader padel partnerships and reflects our belief in investing in "what’s next for sport", especially when it comes to creating inclusive, accessible spaces for women.
This partnership allows us to drive real change by encouraging women from all backgrounds to discover the benefits of padel, through the support of The Hurlingham Club Foundation, which provides free access to padel for girls in underprivileged communities, ensuring that our impact reaches those who need it most.
