About Women in Football (WIF)
Women in Football (WIF) is a vibrant and fast-growing professional network of around 12,000 people of all genders who support equality in the football industry. They're taking action to level the playing field for all roles, on and off the pitch, in both women’s and men’s football, because diverse organisations and sectors are not only fairer – they perform better too.
Women in Football celebrate the achievements of women in football, campaign for gender equality, challenge discrimination, and provide regular networking and professional development opportunities for their members, including our transformative and highly renowned Women in Football Leadership Course.
The highlight of their year-round programme of face-to-face and online events is the Women in Football Be Inspired Conference, bringing together hundreds of WIF members at Wembley Stadium for two empowering days of discussion and connection with some of the biggest names in football.
As a non-profit, membership-based organisation, Women in Football believes in the power of collaboration to achieve progress, and they are constantly looking for ways to broaden and deepen our relationships in and around the football industry. Through their Club and Corporate Membership programmes they support organisations to become truly gender-inclusive employers and stand ready to work with stakeholders across football and beyond who share their vision of a future for the world’s most popular sport where gender discrimination no longer exists.
