To access the new Client Portal
You should have received an email from Evelyn Partners or your adviser inviting you to create your new login details. If you have already set up your new account, you can now log in to the new Client Portal.
If you do not remember your login details, you can reset your password or request a reminder of your username.
If you still cannot access your account, please contact your adviser and ask them to resend your invitation email so you can create your login details and start using the new Client Portal.
The new portal supports self-serve password reset, username reminder and 2-step verification.
