How do you describe what you do?
I work with business owners and directors to join up their personal and business finances, helping them to grow and protect their wealth, plan for succession and make confident decisions for what's next.
What's next for you professionally?
I want to keep growing as a trusted partner for business owners, so they feel confident their business and personal finances are working together and that they're set up for the future.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
The best advice I've had is to always keep looking ahead. Whether in financial planning, or when I'm flying gliders in my spare time, it's about focusing on what's next, not just what's now. That helps me guide clients with confidence.
What's your favourite thing about your role?
I really enjoy working with business owners and their families, often on complex issues. The best part is seeing them move from uncertainty to clarity, and feeling inspired about planning what's next.
What's next for you personally?
What's next for me is to keep growing in aviation. With over 20 years' experience as a glider pilot, I'm now working towards becoming an Instructor in my spare time, which is about giving back, inspiring others and sharing something that I really love
