How do you describe what you do?

I work with entrepreneurs to help them unlock their potential at all stages — from growth to exit — inspiring them about their financial future, activating our wider network to support them and championing inclusion through No Diversity No Deal.

What's next for you professionally?

I’m focused on scaling our reach to support more entrepreneurs across the UK and closing the wealth advice gap — making financial guidance more inclusive, accessible, and impactful for all.

What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?

An entrepreneur chose us after speaking to five other firms — because we took time to build a real relationship, involved their wider family, and created a genuine support network. It showed how trust and connection can make all the difference.

What's your favourite thing about your role?

What I love most is meeting brilliant people building brilliant businesses — and helping them feel confident about their financial future by connecting them to the right advice, insight, and support at every stage of their journey.

When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?

Outside of work, I love spending time with my young son Vigo. Health and fitness are a big part of my life, and I’m a trained yoga teacher — though I don’t get to practice as much as I’d like these days!
