How do you describe what you do?

I build and strengthen relationships with UK based financial advisers, focusing on understanding their business models, client segments and challenges, then align our services to help them expand or enhance their offering.

What's next for you professionally?

Looking ahead, I aim to evolve into a leadership role within the business development team and adviser-engagement sphere helping to shape the proposition for the UK financial adviser channel.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?

In a meeting, don't be afraid of silence.

What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?

Working with a financial adviser to come up with a bespoke solution utilising several of our services that could facilitate the objectives he had for his entire client bank.

Working with UK based financial advisers.

What qualifications and memberships do you have?

I have a level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and I am an Associate member, of the CISI.
