How do you describe what you do?
I help people build wealth, reduce tax and make work optional. I assist my clients to answer three significant questions: Do we have enough?; Is my family going to be ok?; and What will our legacy be?
What's next for you professionally?
I am focused on becoming an expert communicator - helping clients visualise complex financial matters clearly, while continuing to develop my passion for cashflow planning and modelling.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Don't chase returns - chase clarity. The benchmark you should care about is achieving all your financial and most cherished life goals. Monthly figures are simply a distraction from this.
What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?
I helped a recently widowed lady who felt lost with her finances. Through patient, empathetic conversations and clear, simple guidance, we rebuilt her confidence. It wasn’t just about money - it was about helping her feel secure and in control again.
How did you start off in your career?
Post university, I joined a large wealth management business as a graduate independent financial adviser.
What's your area of expertise?
Helping individuals and families gain financial clarity and confidence through cashflow planning, goals-based investing, and thoughtful estate planning - always delivered with empathy and simplicity.
Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?
I’m inspired by the potential of technology to free up more time for what really matters - being present with clients. By streamlining admin and simplifying complex tasks, I can focus more on listening, guiding, and delivering real value.
What's your favourite thing about your role?
Getting to know people, understanding what matters to them, and helping them feel more confident about their future.
What's next for you personally?
I’m focused on helping more people and continuing to progress within Evelyn. I want to keep developing my expertise and guiding more individuals toward financial peace of mind through clear, thoughtful advice.
Do you have a significant experience that your clients would want to hear about?
I’m a Chartered Financial Planner and Fellow of the PFS, with significant experience helping clients navigate complex decisions. What drives me is the opportunity to keep improving and help more people achieve financial peace of mind.
Where's your favourite place to meet with your clients?
Either in a professional setting where we have the right technology - big screen, cashflow modelling, everything we need for a productive meeting - or somewhere more relaxed, like over lunch or a glass of wine, where the conversation flowz naturally.
When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?
Watching or playing sport—anything that keeps me active.
Why does my role as a wealth manager matter?
We’re integral to our clients’ lives in ways that can’t be underestimated. It’s a fiduciary role I take great pride in - built on trust, responsibility, and a deep commitment to helping people make confident, informed decisions about money.
