How do you describe what you do?
I help business entrepreneurs, founders and business owners navigate their often complex financial situation, and prepare for what's next.
What's next for you professionally?
Building on my years of experience to help even more amazing businesses and their founders achieve the success they deserve.
What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?
A client's business exit didn't quite live up to what they had hoped. We reassured them that they had still hit their 'magic number' i.e. the amount they would need to live the life they want, help the people they love and have peace of mind.
How did you start off in your career?
I had the misfortune of graduating in 2008 in the height of the Global Financial Crisis with no idea of what I wanted to do with my life. I fell into the financial advice world by accident, but soon fell in love with it.
What's your area of expertise?
Working with busy entrepreneurs, founders and business owners, helping them transition business wealth to personal wealth, to secure the exit they want and need and to mitigate risk in the process.
Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?
The founder and entrepreneurs I advise have had amazing ideas, driven innovation and ultimately created jobs for thousands of people which benefits the UK. I get a buzz out of helping them plan for life beyond the exit.
Where's your favourite place to meet with your clients?
My entrepreneur clients' places of work - it's great to be surrounded by what they've built.
When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?
Run around after my growing boys and saying yes to my beautiful wife.
