I manage investment portfolios on behalf of charities, family trusts and private individuals.
What's next for you professionally?
Promoting the excellent capabilities of the advisers within Evelyn Partners - with a particular focus upon the charity sector in the North West.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Be a good listener - You have two ears and one mouth, so use them in the same ratio.
What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?
Listening to and talking with a client during the initial market sell off caused by COVID. Listening to their concerns and reminding them of the preparatory work done to ensure that they were not over committed to stockmarkets. Calm restored.
Do you have a significant experience that your clients would want to hear about?
I am very fortunate to have served some families for 35 years now. I value these relationships above all else in my career and I am grateful for the trust shown in both myself and my colleagues. I believe we have helped clients achieve their aims.
