How do you describe what you do?
I support my aligned Financial Planners by managing communications, maintaining records, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth service delivery to clients.
What's next for you professionally?
I would like to obtain the Diploma in Financial Services and become level 4 qualified. With aims to get involved in the more technical side of the advice process in the future as a paraplanner and long term a financial planner.
How did you start off in your career?
I began my financial career as an apprentice at an IFA office, slowly taking on my technical and client facing tasks.
What's your favourite thing about your role?
Building strong client relationships while keeping everything organized behind the scenes. It’s fulfilling to know your work directly supports smooth service and client satisfaction.
What's next for you personally?
I’m working towards earning my diploma and completing my R0 exams to advance my career in financial services and take on more responsibility in more technical client-facing roles.
