How do you describe what you do?

As Director of International Business Development, I lead global partnerships with trustees, IFAs, and investment consultants who use our investment solutions to deliver strong outcomes for their clients.

What's next for you professionally?

I am focused on strengthening global intermediary relationships and expanding into new markets, while exploring innovative ways — from digital tools to tailored solutions — to enhance our offering and grow our international presence.

What's your favourite thing about your role?

I enjoy the international scope of my role — the travel, the diversity of people I meet, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships across cultures. It’s rewarding to connect with professionals from all walks of life.

When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?

I’ve recently taken up running and it’s quickly become my favourite way to unwind. It’s also a great way to explore new cities while I travel. I’m currently training for a Half Ironman in 2026, which keeps things exciting outside of work!
