How do you describe what you do?

I lead the business development team, driving the BD strategy and activity nationally across the verticals we are focused on. This includes a national introducer strategy with lawyers, accountants and corporate finance houses to create a collaborative BD environment.

What's next for you professionally?

To lead my team and the BD growth strategy successfully and for us to be recognised for the positive impact we have had for clients and the business.

What's your area of expertise?

It lies in people - building strong relationships, motivating teams, and helping individuals grow. I thrive on spotting opportunities, unlocking potential and creating environments where people can perform at their best whilst delivering results.

Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?

I draw inspiration from the people around me and their stories. My family values ground me, while my drive and energy come from working with others to achieve more and I get excited about what's next.

What's your favourite thing about your role?

It's the breadth of the opportunity. While collaboration is still developing, it can help shape how we work together, and we are only scratching the surface with our introducer network. I see real scope to make a positive impact, meaningful for all.
