Professional Biography

The variety: you never know which way markets will go throughout the course of a month, year or more.

How do you describe what you do?

I help private clients invest their money for the long-term, to achieve their financial objectives. I play an active role in day-to-day portfolio management, ensuring that client's portfolios remain appropriate for their needs.

What's next for you professionally?

Taking on greater responsibility in the firm's investment research process and developing my own client book.

What's your favourite thing about your role?

The variety: you never know which way markets will go throughout the course of a month, year or more.

When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?

Running! I run almost every day including to and from work, averaging about 100km each week. One day, I hope to run a sub 2:30 marathon.

Why does my role as a wealth manager matter?

To help people. Personal finance and investing is criminally undertaught in our education system so people miss out by not having a long-term investment plan, not realising its importance. My role matters to help people put that plan in place.

What qualifications and memberships do you have?

CISI - Chartered Wealth Manager (Level 7).
