I lead my team to facilitate the integration of ESG factors across the investment process, deliver our active stewardship programme and provide solutions to client sustainability preferences.

What's an experience with a client that's stuck with you?

Successfully explaining complex financial concepts to a trustee board that had previously never understood them!

As a graduate trainee investment manager at Morgan Grenfell Asset management.

As a former investment manager my responsible practice is pragmatic and grounded from real money management experience.

Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?

Innovation will continue to transform our lives, and in particular now driven by solving key sustainability challenges that have reached positive economic tipping pints - its an exciting time!

What's your favourite thing about your role?

My favourite aspect of the role is seeing clients as it ensures that the work we do in the investment process is practical.
