My relationships with my clients are the most important thing to me, I pride myself on top tier service at all times.
How do you describe what you do?
I work with clients to enable them to meet their financial goals, building investment portfolios that are tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
What's next for you professionally?
I am excited to continue growing the Leeds Investment Management team, particularly developing the more junior members of the team as our asset base grows.
How did you start off in your career?
I began my career as a placement student at a stockbroking firm in Leeds in 2007 - right before the financial crisis. I was kept on in the Dealing Room during the GFC and really got the bug for trading and all things financial markets.
What's your favourite thing about your role?
Helping people, often I work with people who have recently had a life changing event such as a lottery win, divorce, business sale among others and being able to aid them in understanding how their money can work for them is priceless.
Do you have a significant experience that your clients would want to hear about?
I am a trustee at Leeds Hospitals Charity, sitting on their Audit & Risk and Finance & Performance Committees. I get great satisfaction out of giving back in this way to an incredible charity that sits very close to my heart.
