How do you describe what you do?

I specialise in the management of assets on behalf of private clients and charities. I am driven by providing the best investment performance and service. In my near 30 year career I have managed funds on behalf of Yorkshire's leading charities.

What's next for you professionally?

I aim to continue to develop Evelyn Partners footprint in Yorkshire and beyond. Making our company the go to destination for wealth management services.

How did you start off in your career?

Having graduated in Economics from Leicester University, I started my career in the City of London working for Schroders. As a coincidence, the building I first worked in was 45 Gresham Street, which is now the head office of Evelyn Partners.

What's your area of expertise?

I have managed portfolios for Yorkshire based charities for over a quarter of a century. I have guided clients through some extremely testing market conditions, whilst providing a great level of client service and strong investment performance

When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?

I am a Level 1 England Boxing Coach and three times a week I coach at Halifax Amateur Boxing Club. I get great joy in watching the young boxers build confidence and thrive. It's great outlet for me to give back and support the local community.
