The variety - I love meeting new people and getting to know them, their families and their aspirations, and supporting them through different stages of their lives.
When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?
Playing with my kids, playing sports like football, tennis, cycling, and skiing or snowboarding, and getting outside into nature.
