What’s next? Deepening collaboration across the Midlands; working with other brilliant professionals to grow business, support talent, and build a region known for excellence and partnership centered on trust and respect.
What's your favourite thing about your role?
What do I love most? The pace, the people, and the unpredictability, no two days are the same! I'm blessed to collaborate with brilliant people, steer through change, and help shape a business that’s always on the move - just how I like it.
What's next for you personally?
What’s next for me personally? Helping shape the future - guiding change, influencing direction, and playing my part in building the best wealth management firm we can. For the Midlands, in particular, one day, I hope the legacy speaks for itself.
When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?
Outside of work, I’m happiest exploring new places (my wife and I love to travel), watching cricket, and sharing good wine with great company - combining all three would keep me blissfully happy!
