How do you describe what you do?
Associate Director and Team Leader at Evelyn Partners, heading our Thames Valley “Working with Entrepreneurs” team. I advise business owners, individuals, and families with tailored financial planning across the region.
What's next for you professionally?
Looking ahead, I’m focused on delivering meaningful advice to business owners and families across the Thames Valley, while continuing to grow as a leader at Evelyn Partners and supporting the development of those around me.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Always keep learning. A part of the job I love is that nothing really remains the same and there are always new qualifications and legislative developments that keep me motivated, not to mention the everchanging lives and financial needs of clients.
How did you start off in your career?
After spending 4 years in the British Army as an Infantry Soldier and Queens Guardsman my first post military role was working for a local finance broker where I worked alongside individuals providing advice on mortgage and secured loans.
What's your favourite thing about your role?
Simply people, and the feeling that I am helping in some way. It makes me feel humble to know the individuals and families I work with trust me and feel comfortable discussing their lives with me, it gives me great satisfaction knowing I can help.
