How do you describe what you do?
I assist clients to identify their key objectives, now and for the future. I design and implement key strategies to ensure these objectives are met efficiently and effectively. I project manage ongoing planning to ensure that all aspects remain on track.
What's next for you professionally?
To provide leadership within the office to ensure key business performance targets are met. To develop and assist younger members of staff with their careers through sharing experience and best practices.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
To live in the moment and embrace the "here and now", always be the best version of yourself. Leave the baggage behind but take the learnings, do not look forward with fear, but with hope.
Where do you get your inspiration to embrace what's next?
My father exemplified self development, he continually built on personal and business goals. He strove for perfection and was not afraid to fail or make mistakes along the way. Family came first and he provided me with the best role model possible.
When you're not at work, what's your favourite thing to do?
Coaching my children's rugby and football teams gives me the greatest pleasure. Watching them develop, enjoy the competitive environment and provide moments of joy that will stay with them forever. That has been a privilege and honour.
