Emma Sterland

Emma is Chief Financial Planning Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for developing the Financial Planning business across Evelyn Partners and NatWest Private Banking and Wealth Management. Emma also has responsibility for her region as the Regional Managing Partner for London whilst continuing to look after private clients and their families. 

Emma has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, having worked for HSBC Private Bank before joining Bestinvest in 2012. Her award-winning Financial Planning team won Financial Planning Firm of the Year at the 2023 Citywealth Magic Circle Awards. 

In addition to her current responsibilities, she has a passion for financial literacy and enjoys being a mentor to and champion of individuals within the industry. She is a fellow and chartered Financial Planner of the CII.
