Speak Up is a confidential whistleblowing service, designed to help report concerns about misconduct, wrongdoing or illegal activity at the workplace that could harm colleagues, customers, the business, shareholders, or the public.

All concerns raised will be taken seriously and handled in accordance with the NatWest Group Speak Up Policy. We are also committed to protecting the confidentiality of those who report genuine concerns.
