At Evelyn Partners, I took advantage of our volunteering policy to support the Spear Programme, which helps young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. During a 1-2-1 session, I noticed the incredible confidence and progress in a young woman preparing for a job interview. We practiced mock interviews, and it was rewarding to see her growth. The group discussions about our achievements were uplifting, highlighting the significant impact we can make through volunteering.
