Who can use the portal?

If Evelyn Partners manages your investments, you will automatically get access to a client portal to check their performance, message your adviser and more. However, it’s worth noting that for technical reasons, not all our clients have been upgraded to the newest version of our client portal yet. The features shown here and in the video above relate to our latest client portal and may differ to the experience you have. For more information, speak to your usual Evelyn Partners contact.

How to get started

If you’re not using the client portal yet, we can get you set up quickly.

  1. Speak to your usual Evelyn Partners contact. 
  2. Keep an eye on your email. They will set up your account and send you your login details.
  3. Access the portal. You’ll then be able to log in - we recommend doing it on your desktop computer first.
  4. Download the mobile app. If you then want to access it on your mobile, search for Evelyn Partners on the Apple App Store or on Google Play and log in with the same details.

Make your portfolios portable

Check your portfolios or securely message your adviser straight from your phone with our mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play. With face or fingerprint login, it’s even easier to use too.

Frequently asked questions

From logging in and security to messaging and portfolio details, you’ll find out more about our portal and mobile app in our guides, videos and FAQs. See our help site for more.

The client portal website will work on the two most recent versions of Chrome, Edge and Safari. It will also work on the most recent version of Firefox. This is assuming you have the standard settings on your browser / device for things like cookies, cache and privacy.

The app will work on the two most recent major versions of iOS and Android.

Please get in touch with your usual Evelyn Partners contact so this can be arranged.

The new messaging functionality offers increased security. It uses 2-step verification, which means that after entering your username and password, you have to verify who you are by email before you can log in.  In terms of privacy, the only people who can see your messages are the Evelyn Partners colleagues who are supporting your account.

Additional technical detail

For those interested, secure messaging uses TLS 1.3 encryption, infrastructure security & SOC2 compliance audits, as well as regular system penetration tests to confirm your data is safe. 

Clients with Apple devices (e.g. iPhone) will be able to use face ID or touch ID biometrics depending on their device.

Clients with other devices (devices using the Android operating system e.g. Samsung) will be able to use touch ID biometrics.

We still have a number of portals across our client base. We’re working on bringing these together into one “best-of-breed” solution to give everyone a great digital experience. Please contact your adviser if you have any questions.

We are continuing to develop the portal with new features based on your feedback. You can give feedback via the website where you see the “Feedback” button on the right hand side of your screen or via your adviser.
