Providing bespoke investment portfolios for UK Charitable Trusts, Private Clients and Self-invested Personal Pensions. A Direct Equity and Investment Trust Analyst, Andrew has worked as a member of the firm's Charities Team for the Scotland Region.

Experience

Andrew manages portfolios for private clients, trusts and pensions. In addition to providing advice to his own client base, Andrew works closely with Stephen Quaile. This is complemented by his role as an Equity Analyst on the Retail team and Global Closed-ended funds team. Outside of work, Andrew has spent time serving as a Trustee for a local charitable organisation.

A graduate of the University of Aberdeen with an Honours degree in Music, Andrew worked for the Scottish Chamber Orchestra before moving into Investment Management.

Notable client work and achievements

Managing Charitable Assets, working closely with both Trustees and Settlors to achieve goals of distribution of income whilst preserving or growing capital over the long-term.

Professional qualifications and memberships

Andrew is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

He is also a Member of the Scottish Parachute Club and Caritas Choir.
