Experience
Nitin has more than two decades of experience dealing with entrepreneurs, ultrahigh/high net worth, and resident non domicile clients. This includes private clients in the UK and offshore jurisdictions, and also includes Family Investment Company, offshore and UK pensions. He has a good understanding of complex family tax structures and how alternative assets and traditional investments fit within the above structures. He regularly gets involved with more complex family structures and issues around inheritance and succession planning.
Nitin has worked in variety of private banks and has managed to structure lending facilities for clients who require liquidity for alternative investments. He is a CFA Charterholder and has an MBA in Sales and Marketing. He also manages a Team of investment managers in our Birmingham office.

Assisting a family through resident non domicile transition to deemed domicile, including being part of a team that shortlisted the tax advisors.
Directly managing portfolios across three generations of a family for the last decade, as well as managing the exit of a large stake in a listed company.
Structuring credit lines for clients looking to invest in new businesses via family investment company (FIC).

Nitin is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in the UK.
Nitin is also member of the Chartered Financial Analyst association.
