Tilney Bestinvest, the leading investment and financial planning firm, is delighted to announce its Glasgow office has raised enough money to Pay for a Day of care at its local Marie Curie hospice in Springburn, Glasgow. The office’s fundraising efforts has seen it raise over £6,500 in order to meet its target.

The team raised the money through various efforts, including bake sales, numerous sporting endeavours including a Santa Dash and breakfast mornings. In addition, the company’s other offices from around the country, including the Edinburgh, Birmingham and London offices, have also assisted in reaching the target fundraising goal. This was most notably done through a concurrent bake off.

Paul Frame, Managing Director – Head of Investment Management, Scotland, commented:

“A number of our team have received personal support from Marie Curie and had first-hand experience of visiting the Springburn hospice and benefitting from its exceptional care. The hospice is run by a superb team, supporting patients along with their families at the most challenging of times.

“We are proud to be able to support Marie Curie in such an impactful manner by paying for a whole day of care. It provides us with an opportunity to give back to the hospice which has given so much to so many of us.”
