Tilney Bestinvest sponsors Wildlife Artist of the Year preview

Leading financial planning and investment firm Tilney Bestinvest is pleased to announce its sponsorship of The Wildlife Artist of the Year exhibition’s preview event for the fifth consecutive year. The event for invited guests takes place in London’s prestigious Mall Galleries on Tuesday 30th June, with the exhibition continuing until Saturday 4th July.

The Wildlife Artist of the Year exhibition showcases over 150 works of art in all mediums by established and exciting new artists from around the world, each competing for a coveted competition prize of £10,000. The ‘Prince of India’, a life-size oil painting of a Bengal tiger created specifically for the exhibition by British artist Richard Symonds, will also be on display alongside stunning original works by renowned artist David Shepherd CBE.

All exhibited artwork will be available for purchase, with profits from the sales supporting endangered wildlife through the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation which funds a range of innovative, vital and far reaching projects throughout Africa and Asia. One such project is TigerTime, launched in 2011 to end the trade in tiger parts and back by a number of celebrity supporters including Ricky Gervais, Stephen Fry and Deborah Meaden.
