Tilney Smith & Williamson bolsters Advisory Consulting practice with Director appointment

Tilney Smith & Williamson, the leading wealth management and professional services group, has announced the appointment of Pranav Nadkarni as a Director to support the continued growth of its Advisory Consulting practice within its professional services division.

Pranav has over 10 years of experience advising large multi-national corporates and private equity funds across areas of performance improvement, operational turnaround and value creation via organic and inorganic strategies. Most recently at Deloitte, he has been involved in advising clients on large and complex M&A transactions covering due diligence, synergy plans and executing post-deal strategies.

He has previously worked across advisory and transaction teams at EY working with clients across UK and the rest of Europe, US, Africa and India. Pranav brings experience from different industries with a focus on the financial services sector covering insurance, banking, wealth & asset management and FinTech companies. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.
