Professional Services

Stage 1: Online application and testing

  • Fill out an online application covering off your personal details and background (this shouldn’t take longer than 20 minutes).  
  • After this you will be directed to our online numerical and verbal reasoning tests.
  • Our recruitment team will review your application and be in touch via email.

Stage 2: Video interview (graduates, industrial placements and summer interns only)

  • If your application is successful, we will send you an email with a link to take part in a video interview which will include some detail on what types of questions to expect.
  • The interview shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes and will cover off motivational and competency-based questions.
  • A member of our recruitment team will review your responses and share the results over email. Yes or no, you can expect to hear back from us within 15 working days.

Final stage: Assessment centre

  • Following a successful video interview, you will be contacted by our team to arrange the final stage of our recruitment process — the assessment centre.
  • This takes place online over two days, during which you will complete a written case study, Q&A session with trainees, a group exercise with other candidates, and a final interview.

Investment Management

  • After this we will ask you to complete a selection of motivational and competency-based questions, and online numerical and verbal reasoning tests.
  • Our recruitment team will review your application and be in touch via email.

Stage 2: Video interview

  • If your application is successful, we will send you an email with a link to take part in a video interview, which will include some detail on what types of questions to expect.
  • The interview itself should take no more than 40 minutes and will contain both motivational and competency-based questions. 
  • A member of our recruitment team will review your responses and share the results via email. Yes or no, you can expect to hear back from us within 15 working days.

Final stage: Assessment centre

  • Following a successful video interview, you will be contacted by our team to arrange the final stage of our recruitment process — the assessment centre.
  • This takes place online over one day, during which you will complete a written case study and group exercise.
