Amanda looks after our Client Care programmes in the Midlands. She works with our teams to deliver high quality client-focussed services that provide value and technical excellence.
Amanda has worked in professional services for most of her career, managing national and international Client Care and Key Account programmes.
How Amanda helps clients:
- Working with clients to scope and plan services that will deliver the best results for them – providing the right expertise at the right time, to exceed expectations
- Creating client-specific programmes to maximise value, create opportunities and build networks and knowledge
- Providing an independent point of contact for clients on service and team matters, and supporting partners to ensure clients get a ‘stand-out’ service
- As part of our firmwide Client Feedback Programme, Amanda holds regular service reviews to assess levels of client satisfaction and to measure our Net Promoter Score, in order to drive continuous improvement.
