Specifically, she supports clients with:

HMRC disclosures (UK and offshore)

Managing HMRC enquiries to point of resolution. Enquiry experience includes: cross tax enquiries; R&D tax credits; Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme; Eat Out to Help Out Scheme; Self-Employment Income Support Scheme; Self-Assessment enquiries.

Code of Practice 9 and Code of Practice 8 investigations.

Negotiating time to pay arrangements.

Proactively managing their tax risk by utilising her knowledge of HMRC. This includes Senior Accounting Officer; Business Risk Reviews and compliance with the Corporate Criminal Offences.
