Notable client work and achievements

Bankruptcy where the bankrupt claimed to have transferred his assets to his wife in a divorce - investigations demonstrated that the divorce was a sham and third party funds were introduced to settle the costs and liabilities in full.
Trading Administration of a pay day lender based in Estonia - managed to successfully trade the company and agree a compensation scheme for mis-sold customers during a global pandemic
Recovery of funds from a number of bogus payroll companies which an undischarged bankrupt was using for his own personal gain. Successfully pierced the corporate veil and wound up the companies, resulting in the recovery of significant cash and high performance vehicles, settling the costs of the liquidations in full and generating surplus shareholder funds for the bankruptcy estate.
