Lou has developed an extensive knowledge in payroll, legislation and compliance over many years through her roles in the public and private sectors which have required a high level of skill and expertise. She is renowned by her clients, colleagues and peers for her ability to communicate, empower individuals to collaborate and strength in developing and mentoring team members to resolve complex issues. At Evelyn Partners Lou is responsible for managing a team of experienced payroll professionals providing payroll services for 450+ companies with employee numbers ranging from 1–500. The payroll team can set up new PAYE numbers with HMRC, implement and process compliant payrolls as well as provide help and assistance to clients needing expertise. Lou has worked across various business sizes and sectors with specialisms including energy, renewables, professional services, manufacturing and technology. Lou has built up and maintained good relationships with government bodies, suppliers and also many of her clients across the globe.
