Mark has over 25 years’ corporate finance experience within the Smith & Williamson team, with particular experience in advising small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses.

He has acted for clients across a range of sectors including food distribution, consumer goods, and transport and support services throughout the UK, including a number of cross-border transactions.
