I advise private and listed companies on employee reward and incentivisation.

Reward encompasses all aspects of remuneration from salary or bonuses to long term incentives. I work with clients to align the interests of management teams with those of shareholders, where possible, with tax efficiency in mind.

Working with our international network means that I can help implement multijurisdictional plans or help foreign parent companies to understand the reporting and tax implications of plans that they want to implement in their UK subsidiaries.

I also help clients who are going through transactions with due diligence, vendor due diligence or structuring.
