Forty years of experience in Business Rates. The majority of those years were spent at the Valuation Office Agency, before spending four years at Cushman and Wakefield and then joining Evelyn Partners in October 2022.

Knowledge and experience of all classes of property, especially with regards to Rentals and Contractors valuation.

Notable client work and achievements

Involved in RSA/ GPCR discussion groups for both VOA and ratepayers. Attended numerous Valuation Tribunal hearings as well as an Upper Tribunal hearing in 2017. Successful Business Rates challenge and appeal negotiations generating millions of pounds in refunds for clients
